Calling all parents and carers of year 7 and 8 students. We're in the process of expanding our library and we want your ideas on what new books to introduce. This booklet includes extracts from popular novels. It also includes activities to complete which aim to improve our students' reading skills. Once you’ve read all of the extracts with your son or daughter and they have completed the activities, ask them to choose the book they would like to introduce to the MCA library and inform their English teacher.
