Singer of the Year 2018

This half term saw the amazing return of MCA’s Singer of the Year and it didn’t disappoint! The event was hosted, just down the road, at the Irish Heritage Centre.

It’s safe to say that judging these performances has become increasingly difficult, as the talent reaches an all-time high standard. We had stunning performances from Year 9- 11 students; their tone, pitch and all-star quality left some audience members wanting more, if not feeling a bit envious of their talent.

We are always overwhelmed, and in awe, of the range of talent. Never before have we seen such a bursting room for this event; thank you to all of the parents, families, friends and staff for their continued support. A huge congratulation to our winners: Deborah, Hope, Chloe and Adedapo
