Today year 11's have spent time revising combustion in the Forrest school at MCA. During the revision session, the students spent time lighting fires, toasting marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate. The students have been working really hard for their year 11 exams so after their Maths exam this morning the science team took the students into the Forrest school to revise science in a more practical way. The students also spent time practising their core practical skills in the labs.
Nathan 'The practical activity really helped me understand combustion'. Dublin 'I have never toasted marshmallows before and I loved it!'
Raqeem 'This sparked my learning!'
